Virtualization – a matter of concern for IT directors

A recent survey has demonstrated a low percent of IT directors (less than 30%) using server virtualization. About 80 percent say they are not going to use it at all. The reasons are fears about the risks involved; downtime, degraded application performance, costs, etc. These fears prevent many IT organizations from studying the benefits of server virtualization that they can get to themselves.
